Just a few years ago, you had to be an investor, an agent, or a flipper to get into real estate. Not anymore! With home-sharing, you can start your real estate empire within 30 days.

We are currently living through the gold rush of Short Term Rentals. Think 2000s dot com craziness or 2015 social media buzz. There’s a lot up for grabs so congratulations! You just walked into something that will change your life.

I will teach you how to make $3,000 to $5,000 a month without owning a single property and without taking up much of your time. It’s crazy more people aren’t doing this. That’s an extra $50,000 a year! Money you can use for a vacation, renovations on your home, or a child’s college education.

In my book, I will take you behind the scenes and show you step-by-step how to set up your own Short Term Property Management company, using home sharing sites like Airbnb, VRBO, and HomeAway.

I’ve been doing this myself for years and love it. If you’re reading this, you’ve heard about the opportunities and you’re curious but have some questions. By the end of the book, you will be a pro and have all the tools necessary to run a successful and thriving Short Term Property Management company.

Myth 1 I Need Money!

I started home-sharing because I had no money and it was out of pure necessity to help pay my almost $2,000 a month mortgage. This is the only business I can think of that requires no upfront costs. Just upfront work and the rest will do itself.

Myth 2 I Need Experience!

My 14 year old cousin can do this. With the new home sharing sites, it’s now easier and more profitable than ever before to start short term rentals. You can become landlord in a few hours by setting up an extra bedroom, snapping a few pictures on your phone, and posting it online.

Myth 3 It’s Risky!

With my approach, you don’t need an own a single piece of property so there is no risk. No money to put down, no contracts to tie you in, and no mortgages to pay every month. You can pack up and walk away at anytime, unscathed. You are just the middleman, the best position to be in business.

"I am looking at an additional source of income and was looking at vacation rentals. Ryan does a very good job in talking about getting started as a Airbnb host.

Actually this book took twice as long due to the fact he gave so many recommendations so I was constantly reading/learning from his resources

  • Finished the book this weekend and absolutely loved it. Learned a ton and can't wait to apply this to my future home and also some properties in the area.

I absolutely LOVED the book. I will be buying my first house in the next year with the thought of turning extra space into the perfect Air bnb. With the help of this book I have all the resources that I need. No teasers to get you to buy his products and no sales pitches. Just a simple sharing of knowledge to help you level up.

It was short and concise but not too short. The efficiency of how to operate really spoke to me and I greatly appreciated the examples, templates, apps, and other website recommendations. I̢۪m truly grateful for Ryan boiling down his hard work into this book and sharing it with. Length doesn̢۪t matter to me if it still changes my life which this definitely will!

Can't wait to share my experience with the Author so he can see the life changing effects that this book will have.
  • Before reading this book, my knowledge and experience of real estate was very similar to Ryan's. I knew that investing in real estate could be a lucrative route to go but was also very risky if you get into a bad deal.

Fast forward 1 hour after reading this and now I feel like I can have my rent paid for (plus some extra income) with just a few hours of work per week!

Rather than spending hours and weeks reading books and blogs that are way over your head, all you need is this simple, 70+ page book as your guide and you're ready to jump into the real estate game!

  • Great book!
Highly recommended for Airbnb tips and more!
  • I loved the short and to the point chapters. This book overall is a very cool move by the author to be of help to others, sharing the knowledge of this goldmine available to us all. It's the first kindle book that I've experienced tremendous time saving value in clicking on the resourceful links spread throughout the book. When reading books, it's a hassle to see many links and sources and not be able to use them simultaneously with the content. What a difference on the ample resources sited throughout, boom!

This book will continue to help as I put it to practice, the opportunity to manage other properties is very intriguing as well. I actually minored in Real Estate, and always wanted to play monopoly with properties, renting them out. What a mental shift of limited risk meets less barrier to entry that I ever thought when looking at renting income.

Short-term rentals vs being a land-lords makes so much logical sense. Preferences vary, I would never pay 120 bucks a night to rent out a hotel on a 12 month lease. But to have an experience based on location, the property/host, or economical savings? I love these difference of listing in the books content. It adjusts the market and demand for new consumers to experience connecting with hosts and others in a new city. My first airbnb was in Portland, there's no comparing the host's guidance, hospitality, and ease to a hotel. I meal prepped my meals, was 400 yards from a vein of trails I wanted to run and hike on, and the host was interacting with me daily. I loved and value that so much.

This book made me think in ways I hadn't before, and opened a whole new world of growth ahead of connection, service, and life changing possibilities. Thank you Ryan Hansen for writing!
